Dear S4 Leaguers, you may have noticed that there’s been technical difficulties with some features and events. The good news: We have already fixed a few issues: |
- Tutorial has been fixed and is working properly now
- PEN Rewards for Level Ups are correctly given out now
- Permanent eSper Chips have been restored
- X-Trap Update has been applied
- Most importantly: Issues with Event Items not being delivered on time have been fixed. The items will be delivered within the next few days. Please note that a lot of items will be given out, so it may take a few days until all technical operations can be completed.
Aside from all these fixes, today's Update course includes new content as well – such as the first Season 3 Costume Capsules, an insanely cute, new pet – and above all an Easter Event for PEN-Users.
But even more importantly, we want to make up for the recent issues with various
compensations:
Compensation #1
The first of these compensations was held this weekend already. For a limited time only, we doubled all AP you are uploading to your wallet.
Compensation #2
PEN Users who had to wait a long time for their Katana and EXP-Swimsuits received some of the items they had to wait for twice. Meaning you either received two Katanas and/or two of each Vacation and Leopard Bikini Set (with stats respective to the EXP they collected).
Compensation #3
Upon introducing the new EXP-Table, a few users did not receive the respective PEN rewards for level ups. This is fixed by now, but still it's impossible for us to see who missed how many PEN. So instead of offering a unique compensation to all affected users, we simply would like to offer all PEN-Users the chance to rack up some PEN. So during the long Easter weekend from Friday, April 6th to Monday, April 9th we will give out a 50% PEN Bonus.
All you have to do is play the game as you always would. For each completed match with at least 5 players and a round-time of at least 5 minutes, we will give ou 50% more PEN than usual. This is valid for all game modes except Practice and Arcade.
